Tricia Fox, founder and CEO of Perth and Dundee based independent marketing agency Volpa, officially graduated from the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small business programme this week, a four-month programme designed to provide leaders of high growth small businesses with high quality, practical education and business support.

The graduation, which took place at the Sheldonian Theatre at Oxford University, was the culmination of a course which through 100 hours of high quality, practically focused business and management education, coupled with access to specialist business coaching, has enabled Tricia to deliver a comprehensive and customised business growth strategy for Volpa. This is now in the process of being implemented.

Tricia commented: “The Goldman Sachs course has been a genuinely life changing, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to grow their business. It has been great to be part of such an inspirational group of entrepreneurs and I feel proud of all that we have accomplished. Though officially the end of the course, it’s a significant milestone for Volpa and I’m excited about what the future holds.”

Specialists in the tourism, hospitality and food and drink sectors, Volpa has won numerous awards over the years, including three times winner of the Scottish Event Award for Best Marketing Strategy. Winner of one gold and three silver awards at the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) PRide Scotland awards 2018 and ‘small business of the year’ at the 2018 Courier Business Awards, founder Tricia Fox also won Association of Scottish Businesswomen’s ‘Outstanding Contribution to Business and community’ award in 2018.
