Operating two distinct websites and with a third on the way, Nisyst’s digital presence required a freshen up to ensure the customer experienced a consistent brand and navigation system, no matter which site they landed on.
Volpa undertook to redevelop both the presentation of the two existing websites as well as develop a brand new website for their cyber security services, and to work to strengthen the inter-linking between the sites to improve the online user experience of the Nisyst brand.
The approach built on the existing sites wordpress platform, focussing on cleaner design, mobile responsive templates and a consistent look and feel to all three sites.
The Nisyst site was launched first, enabling easy navigation flow to and from their existing Charity Retail Systems site. This was followed closely by the new Cyber Security site and, finally, the Charity Retail Systems site which was ready in time for the firm to exhibit at the annual Charity Retail Association Conference, a key date in their marketing diary.
Behind the scenes, Volpa also undertook a thorough review of the Charity Retail Systems SEO (search engine optimisation) with a view to reducing legacy spam traffic, reducing a very high bounce rate and increasing organic search traffic.
