Stephen initially worked in construction, becoming a Chartered Civil Engineer and working on a range of projects across the UK, including the Second Severn crossing, the primary estuarial link between England and Wales. He moved into business development with Kier Construction, helping them win significant projects including two Channel Tunnel Rail Link projects, valued at £500million.
He started marketing agency Fraktul in 2009 and in a decade gained a strong reputation for delivering growth and success for a wide range of businesses. Success included supporting the development of Binn Group from £10-£16million turnover and The Bathroom Company to significantly increase turnover, winning seven Awards (UK Bathroom Retailer three times and UK Bathroom Showroom for Edinburgh and Perth). He’s supported client bids, winning £multi-million Framework contracts and was the Entrepreneur in Residence for Perth’s inaugural Elevator Accelerator programme.

Personal Insight: A self-confessed mongrel, he’s half-Welsh, half-English, was married and lives in Scotland. He loves the outdoors, mountain walking, wild camping and travelling.
