Our Client Service Manager is Jennifer Poutney. She has a wealth of experience in Project Management, Project Office and Process Improvement. Degree qualified, a Certified Project Manager with the George Washington University and historically an actively accredited PMP, along with being a black belt in Six Sigma our team wrack up the certificates .
She has brought those strengths to the Volpa Den, further enhancing the client experience.
Project Management is an evolving methodology and she is always looking for better ways to enhance the client delivery and create more effective and efficient working strategies.
Taking her experience from some of the big companies like NCR, GE Capital Finance and SSE, as well as running her own company, we are in a safe pair of guiding hands. Her passion at work is supporting our Account Managers to maximise efficiency to benefit the client and the business.
She loves Volpa because it is a creative environment, always changing, fast paced, exciting and inclusive. The whole Volpa team and the client are part of the delivery and our exciting clients are a joy to work with.
She is a closet event organizer and marketer, being heavily involved in fund raising events in her private life, where she finds inspiration from work.
An award winner in her own right, she won the ‘Excellence in Ecommerce’ business star award whilst self employed.
